Our Pricing - As you may know, total real estate fees paid by the seller at closing to list AND to sell a property are usually in the 5-8% range, average is about 6%. Half usually goes to the listing agent for marketing and work on the selling side, and half is usually paid to a Realtor who brings a buyer to the property and works to help them close.

COMMISSION, PAID AT CLOSING SERVICES
1. Our value priced ‘paid at closing’ fee is 1.5% on the listing side. Plus, you would also pay 3% to a Realtor bringing us a buyer (4.5% total). ARR will also be looking for a buyer and if our designated buyer’s agent finds one and writes an acceptable contract, we charge 1.5% on the buying side (3% total).
If YOU want to go the FSBO route and you do find your own buyer, you pay only the 1.5% on the listing side at closing.
FLAT RATE FEE SERVICES
2. You list with us for $999, total up-front non-refundable flat rate fee, and we list your property in MLS, plus provide a list of other services to help sell your home. You offer to pay a Realtor who brings a buyer 3% and your total cost is $999 PLUS 3% of the selling price (the 3% is paid at closing).
Flat rate fees may be paid by check, or credit card.
We list your property and we look for a buyer also. If our designated buyer’s agent at ARR finds a buyer, you pay $999 PLUS 1% of the selling price to ARR (the 1% is paid at closing).
If you, as a FSBO, find your own buyer, and you have paid the $999, total up-front flat rate fee, there are no other charges to list or sell. Included in this pricing model (in addition to our long list of services) is our offer to write up your contract, FREE, after you and your buyer work out all the details of the sale (price, possession date, repairs, earnest money, seller paid closing costs for buyer, etc). Just fax us the details, 866-273-1010, and we will complete the paperwork.
(We ALSO list your property in MLS and at the same time you are looking for a buyer, WE and other Realtors are also looking for a buyer and showing your property. We have ALL systems working on your behalf at the same time. We never know where the buyer will come from. Chances are, though, that your buyer will come from a Realtor’s efforts. Qualified buyers find that it is more efficient to let a Realtor help them find a home than to search out individual FSBO sellers.) |
